CAMERA COURT TAKES YOUR PRIVACY SERIOUSLY. YOUR PHOTOS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE. WE DON'T COLLECT YOUR DATA. WE DON'T TRACK YOU. THIS POLICY EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHAT THE APP DOES WITH YOUR INFORMATION.
This Privacy Policy describes how CAMERA COURT (the "App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS mobile application. CAMERA COURT is a party game designed for in-person group play that uses your device's cameras to capture reaction photos during gameplay.
By downloading and using CAMERA COURT, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CAMERA COURT requests access to your device's front and back cameras to enable core gameplay features. The cameras are used to:
During gameplay, the App captures still images from your device's cameras. The content of these images is whatever is physically in front of your device's cameras at the time of capture, typically the faces and reactions of players.
Images are captured at defined moments during each game round, including during the defendant's plea and at the moment of verdict reveal.
CAMERA COURT DOES NOT USE FACIAL RECOGNITION AND DOES NOT COLLECT BIOMETRIC INFORMATION (SUCH AS FACEPRINTS OR FACE TEMPLATES).
THE APP MAY CAPTURE PHOTOS THAT INCLUDE FACES DURING GAMEPLAY, BUT FACE DATA IS NOT RETAINED BY CAMERA COURT.
PHOTOS ARE ONLY SAVED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE IF YOU CHOOSE TO SAVE THEM (FOR EXAMPLE, BY KEEPING A POSTCARD IN THE IN-APP GALLERY). OTHERWISE, TEMPORARY GAMEPLAY IMAGES ARE DISCARDED AND NOT RETAINED.
All photos captured by CAMERA COURT are processed and stored locally on your device. Specifically:
CAMERA COURT is fully playable even if you deny camera access. If camera permission is denied:
Photos are only shared externally if you explicitly choose to share them. When you tap the iOS Share button after a round:
CAMERA COURT includes an in-app Gallery where you can view postcards from previous game rounds. All Gallery data is stored locally on your device and includes:

POSTCARDS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE FACES) ARE STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE AND ARE RETAINED ONLY FOR AS LONG AS YOU CHOOSE TO KEEP THEM IN THE APP’S GALLERY.
YOU CAN DELETE POSTCARDS AT ANY TIME, AND DELETING THE APP REMOVES ALL LOCALLY STORED POSTCARDS AND ASSOCIATED METADATA.
You can delete postcards from the Gallery at any time. When you delete a postcard:
CAMERA COURT offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, including:
All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store any payment card information, billing addresses, or financial data. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles your payment information.
Purchase records are synced with your Apple ID to enable purchase restoration across devices. This is managed by Apple's infrastructure, not by CAMERA COURT.
CAMERA COURT does not collect, transmit, or store:
CAMERA COURT does not integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. The App does not track your activity across other apps or websites.
The only third-party service used is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchase processing, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
CAMERA COURT is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with any information, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and address the issue.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the App and ensure appropriate gameplay content and consent from all participants.
All photos and data generated by CAMERA COURT are stored locally on your device using standard iOS security mechanisms. Your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) protect your data.
Because we do not transmit or store your data on external servers, there is no risk of server breaches or unauthorized remote access to your gameplay photos.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, because CAMERA COURT does not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, these rights are largely not applicable to our App.
